Refunds and Returns
At Arboleaf our primary goal is to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied. If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll make it as painless as possible with our "30-day Satisfaction Guarantee."
While we hope it doesn't come to that, should you need to return your Arboleaf product, please reach out to us via any of our contact methods and include the following so we can support you as quickly as possible:

- Reason For Return
To qualify for a refund, you must follow the return process below:
- All items must be in their original packaging.
- A restocking fee may be deducted from your total refund amount
- Upon receipt of the returned product, the refund will be issued using the original payment method.
- Once you've processed the return, kindly let us know so we can keep an eye on the shipment.
- Was purchased from Arboleaf directly. If your Arboleaf item was purchased from an authorized reseller, please contact them for the details on their return policy.
Refunds should be processed within 7 days of all criteria being met. Once the refund is processed by our team it can take an additional few days for the funds to appear back on your method of payment.
Exchanges (if applicable) - Should you have any defect or damage to your product we will replace your item and send you a return label to send back the damaged item. Should the item no longer be available, we will refund your item if it is still within the return period.
