2. Eligibility Requirements

Condition – Item must be undamaged, with all original accessories, manuals, and inner packaging.

Packaging – Outer shipping box may be replaced, but retail packaging must be included and reasonably protected.

Order Type – Applies to personal orders ≤ 10 units per SKU. Bulk or commercial purchases ( > 10 units ) follow negotiated contract terms.

Exclusions – Customized, engraved, or clearance (“Final Sale”) items are non‑returnable unless defective on arrival.
3. Cost to You

Return shipping: We provide a prepaid label for all approved returns.

Return due to quality issues -Restocking fee: Free

Undeliverable or refused parcels: If a parcel returns to us solely because the address provided was incorrect or acceptance was refused, we may deduct the actual reship cost or, at your request, charge that cost before resending.
4. How to Start a Return or Exchange

Contact us within 30 days of delivery via support@arboleaf.com or your order dashboard.

We will email you:

An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number

A prepaid UPS/USPS (USA) or DHL/Post (EU) label

Ship back within 7 days of receiving the label. Keep the drop‑off receipt; it serves as proof of dispatch.

Exchange items ship once the return is in transit; refunds are processed after inspection (see § 5).
5. Refund Time‑Line & Method

Upgrades you chose (express shipping, gift‑wrap, import duties, or bank/FX fees) are non‑refundable unless required by local law.

Refunds are credited to the original payment method. With your explicit consent we can use PayPal, Zelle, or SEPA transfer instead—always free of charge to you.
6. Warranty‑Related Returns
If you request service after 30 days and within the warranty period (1 year consumer warranty), the case is treated as a warranty claim.

Quality‑related defect: We repair, replace, or refund at our expense (including shipping).

Non‑quality claim (e.g., accidental damage): We refund product value only when a return is approved; shipping both ways is at your cost.
